Casa de Esperanza Murals: Segunda Parte
During a three-month internship at an orphanage in Zacapa, Guatemala, I had the opportunity to paint two murals for the children and staff to enjoy. This second mural is located in the chapel/common area on campus. It features three Christian symbols (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), as well as three names of Christ in Greek. The painting is styled after traditional stained glass windows with an added element of Central American aesthetics.
